Questions

Before you send a spec.

The things brands ask us most, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, ask it — we'd rather answer it once properly than have you guess.

Getting started

I’ve never had anything manufactured before. Can I still work with you?

Yes, and a good share of what we make is somebody’s first collection. You don’t need a tech pack or the industry vocabulary. A sketch or a reference photo, a rough quantity and the date you want it by is enough for us to quote and to tell you what else we’ll need.

What do I need to send you to get a quote?

The garment you have in mind, artwork or a reference of the look, a quantity, and a date. If the cloth is already chosen, say so; if it isn’t, we’ll put options in front of you. Leave blank anything you haven’t settled — we’ll ask.

How quickly will you reply?

Within a day.

Can I visit the factory?

We’re in Lahore and we host buyers. If you’re overseas we’ll walk you through it on a video call instead — the machines running, and whatever is on the frames that day.

Quantities and cost

What’s your minimum order quantity?

28 pieces, per size and per design.

What will it cost per piece?

From about PKR 4,000 (roughly $15) for a standard three-piece eastern suit, moving up from there with the cloth and the density of the embroidery — light work costs less than heavy.

Do you charge for samples?

Yes. Samples are priced separately from production pieces, and the cost is credited against your bulk order.

What moves the price up or down?

Cloth, and the density of the embroidery. A heavily worked piece and a simple placement are different jobs even in the same fabric — stitch count is the biggest lever you control. Quantity moves it too, though less than most people expect.

How do payments work?

By bank transfer, invoiced in PKR. Deposit and balance terms are set at the quote stage for your order.

Quality and samples

How do I know the bulk will match the sample I approved?

Because nothing runs at volume until you’ve approved a physical sample made on your cloth, and the thread and colour are then held against that approved standard for the rest of the run. Every piece is checked at finishing, and you see photographs of the finished run before it is packed.

What happens if the bulk isn’t right?

That’s on us. If the finished bulk doesn’t match the sample you approved, we remake it at our cost.

Do you send photographs before shipping?

Yes. Pre-shipment photographs of the finished run reach you before anything is packed. If something looks wrong in them, it hasn’t left yet.

Shipping and terms

Who arranges the freight?

Either — we can arrange it, or your own forwarder can collect. Your call.

Working with us

Do you own the designs you make for me?

No. Your artwork is yours, the digitized stitch file made from it is yours, and we don’t re-run your designs for anyone else. We manufacture under contract — we’re who made it, not who you’re competing with.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request.

Do you make garments other than eastern wear?

Eastern wear is our specialism, not our limit. Womenswear is where the machines and the pattern experience sit, so it’s where we’re strongest. Send us what you’re working on and we’ll tell you plainly whether it’s a fit.

Can I take just the embroidery and do the rest myself?

Yes. Take the whole garment, or a single capability. Brands often start with the embroidery and add the rest once the work speaks for itself.

Still unsure

Ask us the awkward one.

Price, minimums, whether your idea is even manufacturable. We'd rather tell you it isn't a fit than take the order and find out later.
