Embroidery
Our trade since 1997.
Everything else here was built around it. Production embroidery on commercial machines, with the colour matching and sampling discipline that comes from doing one thing for a very long time before doing anything else.

Fabric sourcing
We buy the cloth your run needs — weight, hand, fibre and colour to your spec — and carry the buying so you aren’t managing mills alongside everything else. Samples reach you before anything is committed.

You get back
- Cloth swatches to approve before we commit to a purchase
- The cloth bought, inspected and held for your run
Design & digitizing
Your artwork, or drawn here from a brief. Either way it’s digitized into a stitch file and sewn out on the real cloth before production starts, so what you approve is what the machines make.

- Artwork in any workable format — vector, image, or a hand sketch
- Or a brief and a few references, and we draw it here
You get back
- A digitized stitch file, which is yours
- A sew-out on your cloth to approve or send back
Cutting & stitching
Embroidered cloth cut to your pattern and made up into finished garments, with the placement held true across the size run.

- A size run, and the quantity in each size
You get back
- Graded patterns, where we’re the ones making them
- Finished garments, placement true across every size
Finishing & packing
Checked, counted, tagged, folded and packed to your specification — ready for your warehouse or straight on to your buyer.

- Your labels and tags, or the artwork for us to produce them
- How you want it packed, and where it’s going

- Garments checked, counted and packed to your spec

Minimums move with the cloth and the density of the embroidery. A heavily worked piece and a simple placement are different jobs.
